Individual Personal Coaching
Life coaching helps you get back into the driver’s seat of your own life. If you are serious about making a change in your life, a regular weekly coaching session can help you focus, stay motivated and be held accountable. We help you identify and work towards achieving your own goals and aspirations.
KickStart (4 Weeks)
Get a customized plan to balance your current lifestyle (includes four one-hour life-coaching sessions over four weeks, to ensure that you implement your plan). You will focus on:
- a review of your current lifestyle
- evaluation of your level of satisfaction with your life
- custom built plan that will tend to your goals and needs
- exercise plan
- time management
- nutritional advice (optional extra)
Relaxation and De-stress
Stress management requires more than helpful tips. Maximum Achievement will assist you in identifying your sources of stress and teach you how to deal with it. Activities include: self-development, yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, awareness. Individual and group activites customised to your personal or company’s needs.
